Dam liners:

We design and construct water harvesting systems such as water pans and line them with geo-membranes (dam liners) and cover them with shade nets etc. The lining of water pans is necessary to control water seepage and maintenance of aesthetic value of the harvested water which can be contaminated by intruding water e.g. ground water.

Contact us for more information.

We also design and construct lined fish ponds that includes netting to keep away scavengers. We link fish farmers to credible sources of fish feeds and fish farming training.

Dam liners come in categories relating to the material which they are made of and thickness of the material. These features respond to the intended use to the ability of the end users.

Since dam liners are exposed to the atmosphere, they should be Ultra Violet (UV) treated to protect them from the effects of the atmospheric (sun) effect.

  1. Provide the dimensions of the dam/water pan. Top and bottom.
  2. The slope length of the water pan and vertical depth
  3. Source of water
  4. Farm plan to indicate the position of the water pan concerning the water source
  5. Dam Liners come as sheet material but require to be cut and welded to the size and shape of the water pan. This can be done at the workshop before transportation to the site or welding at the site. This depends on the size, shape, and density of the liner ordered. These costs are not included in the provided prices
