Wooden greenhouses

The support material used in the construction of wooden greenhouses is wood. These structures are therefore low cost, as they are constructed from locally available materials such as poles and timber. The wooden materials, however, have to be treated with wood preservatives to ensure durability.

Despite this greenhouse being a low-cost structure, its service is similar to a steel greenhouse. The farmer can grow any variety of greenhouse crop and enjoy good yields.

  • Insect net for pest control and ventilation
  • UV treated polythene cover
  • Installation of a drip system with a filtration system

Galvanized steel greenhouse

The support material for these greenhouses is galvanized steel, making them strong and durable. These structures are designed to be durable, while withstanding harsh weather conditions such as storms and winds.

This package includes:

  • Construction of the structure.
  • Insect net for pest control and ventilation
  • UV treated polythene cover
  • Installation of a drip system with a filtration system
  • Entry pouch

Greenhouse construction materials supply

We supply the following greenhouse construction and farming materials:

  • 200-micron greenhouse polythene sheets
  • Greenhouse insect nets
  • Drip irrigation fittings
  • Greenhouse humidifiers and foggers

In addition to greenhouse construction, Irrihydrosol Ltd also trains and capacity-builds farmers on water harvesting, irrigation, crop agronomy, and agricultural soil management.
