Welcome to Irrihydrosol

Built by farmers for farmers

Our company has the capability to maximize water harvesting and storage in order to irrigate crops at the desired times and seasons. Application of geo-membranes (dam liners) to control water loss by seepage and shade nets to reduce evaporation losses come as an advantage to small scale farmers whose efforts to retain water in their water pans has been in the past been frustrating. Water harvested in the water pans is further lifted to higher level using affordable and potable solar pumps to reservoirs (tanks) which provide enough pressure to operate low pressure drip irrigation systems or through booster pumps high pressure drip systems and misters.

OUR DRIVE

Irrihydrosol Company was initiated with the objective of offering solutions towards alleviating poverty through job creation in agricultural industry. This can be achieved by water harvesting, storage and utilization in small-scale agriculture through open land and greenhouse irrigation. This is in response to the Millennium Development Goal No.1, Poverty (UN, 2006) and the national Vision 2030 which intends to accelerate transformation of our country into a rapidly industrialized middle-income nation.

Inspiration

Kofi Annan United Nations

“Extreme poverty anywhere is a threat to human security everywhere” Kofi Annan, 7th Secretary-General of the United Nations. If we alleviate extreme poverty in our community through water harvesting and irrigation, we shall open the path to fulfill all the other Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
